Over the course of more than twenty five years, Harvell and
Collins, P.A.
has evolved from a
solo
practice to a unique and diverse blend of attorneys and
legal assistants. In 1987, Cecil Harvell returned to his
hometown of Morehead City, North Carolina, and opened
Cecil S. Harvell, P.A. Cecil keenly focused and created a
distinguished practice in the areas of Estate Planning and
Estate Administration and continued to build a solid
reputation in Corporate, Business, and Real Estate
Transactions.
With the addition of Wes Collins in the year 2000, as attorney and partner,
