hometown of Morehead City, North Carolina, and opened
Cecil S. Harvell, P.A. Cecil keenly focused and created a

Estate Administration and continued to build a solid
reputation in Corporate, Business, and Real Estate
Transactions.
With the addition of Wes Collins in the year 2000, as attorney and partner,
