Samuel K. Morris is a native of Emerald Isle, North Carolina. He earned his J.D. with honors from Campbell Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Campbell Law Review. Mr. Morris clerked for Justice Paul Newby on the North Carolina Supreme Court. Before his judicial clerkship, he interned for the Honorable Allyson K. Duncan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
