Charles Midthun is a native of Aitkin, Minnesota who has recently moved to Emerald Isle, North Carolina. Mr. Midthun was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2025. Prior to law school, Mr. Midthun served for 23 years in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot and commander, spent 7 years in Europe as a private contractor and taught high school math in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
