Over the course of thirty six years, Harvell and Collins, P.A. has evolved from a solo practice to a unique and diverse blend of attorneys and legal assistants.  In 1987, Cecil Harvell returned to his hometown of Morehead City, North Carolina. Cecil Harvell discerned the need in Eastern North Carolina for legal services with an emphasis in the legal arena of Trusts and Estates.  As such, Cecil keenly focused and created what is now recognized as an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated practice in the areas of Trusts and Estates, General Practice, and Aged and Aging. 

With the addition of Wes Collins in the year 2000, as attorney and partner, the firm expanded into the litigation arena, now handling cases in every range of the civil spectrum. Wes Collins is also recognized as an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated attorney.
