Julia S. Capps is a native of Morehead City, North Carolina and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2015 after graduating from Campbell University School of Law. Prior to law school, Julia received her B.A. in Political Science and International Studies, as well as a minor in Arabic, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
