DO I NEED A LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT? YES!

There simply are NO ifs, ands, or buts!  ALL of us need a Last Will and Testatment.  Unfortunately, we see more and more on a weekly basis the negative results of good persons dying with no Last Will and Testatment.  Keep in mind that when there is no Last Will, the State of North Carolina writes a Last Will for you and the terms of this Will are usually not consistent with the desires of the decedent.  All of us need to take the time to sign a Last Will and Testament.
